blckeye inspires, equips and assist food and beverage brands to tell moving international stories: a merchant’s eye for detail, a passionate composition of cultural influences, and the love for what tastes good. blckeye seeks to provide value to the end consumer by creating awareness for great consumer experiences, the taste of unique products, and a balanced diet.

MEET TOBI

Tobias is a 25-year-old German media professional. After studying Music and Major Event Management at the HDPK Berlin, he followed the marketing fast track at NHTV Breda. Tobias has worked client side for German Start-Ups, Malaysian Outdoor Reseller Eco Outdoor and Australian Outdoor Lifestyle Brand Lupazco.

Tobi’s strengths lie in consumer centred thinking and strategic analysis; he has a very logic oriented way of thinking and likes to base his decisions on data and research. Through immersing himself into emerging media platforms, Tobi is able to understand the platform and gain deeper knowledge on how consumers use it.

During his time at Eco Outdoor, Tobi worked together with an external marketing consultant and repositioned Eco Outdoor from a product reseller to a solution provider which strengthened its market position and brand equity. Several campaigns and the new brand positioned enabled Eco Outdoor to get access to new markets like Golf-Projects and major sports field construction which stabilized the company’s revenue and carried the business through an economic recession in Malaysia. Eco Outdoor has remained a client ever since.

Tobi manages all of blckeye’s administrative tasks, handles account management and customer acquisition while working on strategy and tactic related matters with clients.

His skillset includes: B2B sales, social media strategy, social media advertising, social analytics, general marketing strategy, strategic positioning, project management and web development.

Constantijn is 23 years old, Dutch born and Indonesian raised. He studied International Media and Entertainment Management and looks back on a long creative history in Europe and South-East Asia. Constantijn won several film awards during his high school years and interned at Jakarta based digital agency Arcade.

Even though Constantijn followed the marketing track of NHTV Breda’s IMEM studies, he is a full blood creative and photographer. What makes Constantijn stand is his strong awareness for conversion, brand fit and consumer centred design For Constantijn there is no such thing as creativity for the sake of creativity, but creative art that supports marketing strategies, communicates brand identities and brings brands closer to the consumer.

Constantijn is blckeye’s creative director and in charge of all visual related practices for blckeye and its clients. His skill sets include: Photography, Video- & Photo Post-Production, Graphic design, Brand design, Brand identity design, content planning, content analysis and web design.
